Waterproofing Solutions

There are 2 basic Drainage Systems for your home.  They can either be done from the exterior to keep the water from entering, or be done from the interior of the house, below the concrete floor at the footer level, which will drain the water and eliminate the excavation of the exterior of your home.

The following are the basic breakdowns of each of those solutions...

Exterior System

Exterior Drainage System

Excavation consists of digging out all the dirt that sits by the walls down to footer level, replacing the footer tiles, sealing the walls with bituthane membrane sealant, covering that with gravel and backfilling with soil to grade level.   In this scenario, which is considerably more cost effective than the exterior system, work is performed from the inside of the basement. The floor is opened along the perimeter of the outside walls at the problem areas, and drain tile is installed and surrounded with gravel. The pipe is connected to a sump pump system, which discharges the water away from your home.  This service comes with a Lifetime* warranty, adding to the value of your home.
